Facility Manager

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Facility Manager to lead daily operations, support longterm facility planning, and help ensure our busy multi-use complex remains safe, welcoming, and exceptionally maintained for the community we serve.

What you'll do

• Oversee the daily operaiton of the physical faciltiy and its staff team
• Manage arena ice maintenance and repair
• Ensure HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance systems are maintained and operationals
• Build a preventative maintenance schedule
• Develop and monitor maintenance budget

What you bring

• Experience in facility/building management (recreational or municipal preferred)
• Strong understanding of HVAC, ice plant, and general building systems
• Strong people-leadership skills and a solution-focused, collaborative mindset
• Knowledge workplace health & safety and facility safety standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• Manitoba 4th Class Refrigeration (or higher) Power Engineering certificate or equivalent is required.
