ARENA ICE OPERATOR

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on, and customer service-focused individuals to join
our Operations Team.
In this role, you’ll help maintain safe, highquality ice and facilities that support an exceptional experience for every visitor.

What you'll do
Prepare, resurface, and maintain indoor and outdoor ice surfaces
Monitor refrigeration and HVAC systems
Conduct routine facility inspections and perform general maintenance tasks
Lead and support rink attendants during assigned shifts
Provide friendly, helpful service to all facility users and guests

What you bring
- Manitoba 4 Class Power Engineer (Refrigeration) or equivalent is REQUIRED
- Previous experience in arena ice maintenance and valid certification to work unsupervised in the ice plant is REQUIRED
- Valid class 5 driver's license
- Strong problem-solving skills, collaboration and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and excellent customer service
