Our Client Service Desk is the hub of daily activity — supporting program registration, scheduling, inquiries, and coordination across multiple departments. Our front‑line team plays a critical role in delivering a smooth, welcoming, and organized experience for every client who walks through our doors or reaches out for support.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a natural people‑person who knows how to make others feel welcome. You can manage competing priorities, stay organized under pressure, and enjoy being the go‑to support for clients and internal teams. If you’ve worked in customer service, administration, or sales — especially in a sports or recreation setting — you’ll feel right at home.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for clients, athletes, and families
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk‑ins with professionalism and care
  • Support program inquiries, registrations, and payments
  • Maintain accurate client records and scheduling systems
  • Collaborate with coaching, operations, and administrative teams
  • Share program and product knowledge to support sales and client satisfaction
  • Help keep the front desk and facility organized, professional, and welcoming

Key Attributes for Success

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and adapt in a busy, service‑driven environment
  • A positive, team‑first attitude and a passion for sports and community
