As Camp Administrator, you’ll assist in the delivery of a high-quality summer camp experience for children ages 5–13 while supporting staff, coordinating activities, managing communication with families, and ensuring safety across all camp locations. You’ll be stepping into a leadership and administrative position that keeps the program moving forward strategically and operationally

Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal
Locations: Grande Pointe, Ile des Chenes, St. Adolphe, Ste. Agathe
Schedule: Day shifts (occasional evenings/weekends as required)
Wage: $22.38 – $26.15 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing
Plan and organize approximately eight (8) weeks of summer camp programming
Coordinate daily activities, staff schedules, and weekly field trips
Manage logistics including transportation, permissions, safety planning, and vendors
Provide clear, professional communication with parents and guardians
Track attendance, documentation, staff hours, and materials budgets
Support camp staff and help ensure consistent program delivery
Represent Ritchot Recreation with professionalism, accountability, and creativity

Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
Strong communicator with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
Enthusiastic about working with children and building community connections
Comfortable managing logistics and multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead by example
Proficient with computers (booking or scheduling software is an asset)
Qualifications
Previous experience supervising youth or working in camp/recreation settings
Current or able to obtain First Aid & CPR certification
Current or able to obtain Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check
Valid Class 5F Drivers license
Physically able to lift, move equipment, and remain active throughout the day
Fluent in English; French is an asset
