Director of Community Services

Job Type:             Full-Time Permanent (40 hrs per week)

Salary:                  $91,714 to $120,640 (based on qualifications and experience)

The Director of Community Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for three key areas within the RM of West St. Paul: Recreation, Facilities, and Protective Services. This role ensures that programs, facilities, and services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with the RM’s strategic priorities. The Director is a member of the senior leadership team and works collaboratively with Council, the CAO, staff, and community stakeholders to foster a safe, vibrant, and engaged community.
