Reporting to the General Manager of Recreation, the Aquatics Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of aquatic programs and operations. The Aquatics Program Coordinator oversees the daily operations of aquatic facilities, ensures the safety of patrons, and provides leadership and support to the aquatics team. They will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. The Aquatics Program Coordinator supports labor relations by working within the framework of the collective agreement and fostering a respectful, productive work environment.
