Facility Manager

We’re looking for a proactive Facility Manager to oversee thedaily operations and long-term planning of a vibrant multi-usecommunity complex featuring ice rinks, gymnasiums, andoutdoor athletic fields.

What you’ll do

Oversee day-to-day operations of all facility spacesManage ice rink maintenance activities.Ensure HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical andmaintenance systems are maintained and operational.Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule.Ensure cleaning standards are met.Supervise staff.Develop and manage facility maintenance budget.

What you bring

Proven experience in facility or operations management(preferably in recreational or municipal settings).Strong understanding of HVAC, ice plant systems, andgeneral building systems.Leadership skills with a collaborative, solution-focusedmindset.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment.Knowledge of facility safety standards.Manitoba 4 Class Refrigeration (or higher) PowerEngineering certificate or equivalent.
